Yes. Enter your property’s Alloggiati Web credentials once (it’s the Italian State Police portal): ValueGuest sends your guests’ forms automatically, even scheduling them for future check-ins, and keeps the receipts on file. If the portal rejects a form, the error appears on that form, telling you what to fix.
ValueGuest submits ISTAT guest data through Ross1000/Turismo5 (including Lazio, Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Liguria, Marche, Abruzzo, Sardinia, Calabria, Basilicata and Molise), RiceStat (Tuscany and Apulia), ISPAT (Trento) and Turistat (Sicily), and prepares the files for Campania and DMS Puglia.
